At Luvix, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Include the original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Products not eligible for return
- Used products or products with signs of wear.
- Products damaged by misuse.
How to request a return?
- Send us an email to luvixmkt@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request" and indicate your order number and the reason.
- We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for return shipping.
- Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund.
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or it is our error, in which case we will cover the full cost.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a defective or different product from your order, contact us at luvixmkt@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it immediately at no additional cost to you.
