Shipping policy

At Luvix, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Below, we explain how our shipping process works.

Shipping Times: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 15 business days for domestic shipments (Spain).

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.

International Shipping: We currently ship within Spain and internationally. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us at luvixmkt@gmail.com.

Issues: If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the indicated time, please contact us at luvixmkt@gmail.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
