What breeds and sizes is the brush suitable for?

The Luvix brush is designed for dogs and cats of any breed and size. The soft silicone bristles adapt to both short and long hair, without pulling or damaging the skin.

Is the material safe?

Yes. Made from 100% non-toxic, BPA-free silicone. Completely safe for your pet, even if they lick the brush during bathing.

How does the shampoo dispenser work?

The brush has an integrated reservoir in the handle. Simply fill it with the shampoo of your choice, press the button, and the product will dispense directly through the bristles as you brush. No extra steps, no mess.

What is the capacity of the dispenser?

The reservoir has enough capacity for a complete bath. We recommend filling it before each use to ensure the right amount.

Is it easy to clean?

Very easy. Rinse the brush under the tap after each use. The dispenser can be opened for thorough cleaning when necessary.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within peninsular Spain. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also check the status on our order tracking page.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

We currently ship throughout Spain. If you are in another EU country and are interested in the product, please write to us at luvixmkt@gmail.com and we will provide you with information.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged or defective?
