Luvix Return Policy

At Luvix, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

How to request a return? Email us at luvixmkt@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Refund: Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
