How to track your order?

1. Check your email — Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Click on the tracking link — The email will include a direct link to track your package in real time.
3. Check the status — You will be able to see where your order is in the process at all times.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Peninsular Spain: 3-5 business days
• Balearic Islands: 4-6 business days
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-8 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand.
